Micro Brewery

We have constructed a 'Green' brewery in the grounds of the pub.
Here we used sustainable methods as much as possible.
  • We have used low embodied energy materials to lay the foundations and erect the plinth.
  • The foundations are lime, sand and airated clay for damp/insulation.
  • The plinth is reused bricks with lime mortar.
  • The structure is a timber frame.

Energy requirements will be supplemented by our very own wind turbine, generating on average 6KW daily.

LATEST NEWS
The Brewery is now brewing two beers -
Bulls Cross Bitter (3.5%abv dark and hoppy) and Lovely's Fair (4%abv Pale and aromatic)
