Welcome to the Edwardstone White Horse.
Located in the remote South Suffolk countryside, the White Horse is an oasis of great drinks in South Suffolk, many of which are sourced locally, and as close as next door from our onsite brewery, Little Earth Project, brewing barrel aged sour beers
- one for the adventurous!
That's not all we have on tap, though, with over 15 draught lines of independent UK breweries including lagers, pales, stouts, ciders and more! We absolutely can find something for everyone!
Our food offering is simple, yet delicious and includes both in-house made sourdough pizzas and
local cheese and charcuterie boards.
We have both a campsite and 2 self catering holiday lets on site and, located just 6 miles from Sudbury, a 40 minute drive from Stansted Airport as well as being located along the South Suffolk Cycle Route, the Edwardstone White Horse has plenty to offer for a whether you're looking for a weekend getaway with family or friends or a casual weekday drink.
With footpaths leading out in every direction, there's plenty on site and beyond to keep you busy.

DRINK
Our growing drinks menu is something we're very proud of and isn't necessarily what you'd expect from a rural country pub. With exciting microbrewery, Little Earth Project, next door brewing mixed fermentation barrel aged beers and living in an area abundant with small artisan producers, it wouldn't be right for us to have a run of the mill menu. With a fabulous selection of wines by the bottle and glass, 15+ draught lines of beer and cider, spirits, and a delicious hot drinks menu featuring beans from Sudbury cafe/roaster Bishops and luxury hot chocolate from Marimba - there's sure to be something here for you. We also have a growing non alcoholic menu including local juices, sodas, and no/low range beers and ciders.

Self Catering Cottages & Camping
An idyllic escape in the countryside, the Edwardstone White Horse is not only a pub with a great assortment of drinks and a microbrewery on site, but also offers 2 holiday chalets to rent and a lush campsite in a field adjacent to the pub! We're also dog friendly :)
